Parmesan Crisps =============== Ingredients: - 1/4 to 1/2 cup grated parmesan per 4-6inch circle (fresh cheese, not canned) Direction: 1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2) Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray both sides of paper with veg oil spray 3) Pour a 1/2 cup of Parmesan onto parchment lined baking sheet and lightly pat down in circle shape. 4) Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crisp. 5) Take off parch paper + let cool on paper towel. Should form thin, crispy circles (and taste cheesy, not burnt) Variation (not much success on this version yet) - Cook in cast iron skillet over low heat - SPrinkle spoon of parmesan in pan (optionally season with flavors like everthing bagel-seasame, garlic, salt, etc..) - Cook 2 min and flip with spatula. Cook 30 seconds more. Dry on cooling rack
